Phoebe has a passion for working with children with neurodevelopmental and physical disabilities, along with a keen interest in early intervention.  Her therapy aims to support children in achieving their goals whilst building confidence, learning new skills and having fun.  It is based on a goal orientated, play based functional approach.

Phoebe brings a wealth of experience to Optimum Movement having worked in the paediatric disability sector in both government and non-profit organisations on the Sunshine Coast and Sydney.

Phoebe believes that working alongside parents and caregivers, and within family and child routines, is essential in supporting the child to develop the skills they need to engage and participate in everday life and play.  She is also a strong advocate that parent education and involvement is a vital part of the therapy process.
